Cancellation Policy

Please review our policy carefully before scheduling. Due to the specialized nature of our forensic services and the extensive preparation required for each session, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Rescheduling: We allow a one-time reschedule if you provide notice at least 8 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations & No-Shows: In the event of a no-show or a cancellation without the required 8-hour notice, the appointment will be forfeited and rescheduling will not be permitted. Preparation: Our examiner invests significant time and expertise in preparing for your specific case—including case review, protocol development, and equipment calibration—prior to your arrival. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
