Led by Chris Brooks, a retired Chief of Police with more than 25 years of law enforcement, security, and investigative experience, we provide professional forensic psychophysiology services grounded in discipline, discretion, and precision.
Throughout his career, Chris has served as a police officer, supervisor, detective sergeant, and Chief of Police, and has overseen more than 60 public safety officers.
In 2007, he completed a 13-week, 480-hour law enforcement training academy. He has also completed more than 1,000 hours of advanced law enforcement and certified forensic psychophysiology training.
His experience also led to specialized assignments involving coordination with federal partners, including the U.S. Secret Service, FBI, DEA, Hotel & Motel Drug Task Force and ICE, as well as being recognized by the White House.
By following established professional protocols, including standards associated with the APA, EPPA, and EPA, and through membership in an international polygraph association.
Chris is also the owner of Brooks Detective Agency (FL License A 3500118) in Sarasota, Florida.
